Are there any income guidelines for
the Care Management Program?
No, any senior age 60 or older is eligible
for the Care Management
Program. There just needs to be a need or service to help that
senior remain safe and independent in their home.
Can the agency provide me with a
list of independent service providers?
Unfortunately, the Agency is unable to
provide a list at this time. The independent service providers
have not given permission to the Agency to provide this
information to the general public. However, once a senior
becomes a client of the Agency, information may be provided at
that time.
